WASHINGTON, D.C., September 19, 2022 – The Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) announced today that Graham-Pelton Vice President Megan Ratchford Bailey is included in their 40 Under 40 list.
The AHP 40 Under 40 recognition program honors the industry’s brightest young leaders who have demonstrated success in their careers in healthcare philanthropy.
“These honorees are part of a select group who have demonstrated impressive career achievements, deep community involvement, and outstanding leadership in all they do,” said Alice Ayres, AHP President and Chief Executive Officer.
Meg Bailey began her career at Graham-Pelton in 2018 after having distinguished herself as a development leader with Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and the University of Chicago. Graham-Pelton healthcare clients that have benefited from her leadership include Abramson Senior Care, Dayton Children’s Hospital, Norton Healthcare, and Swedish Medical Center Foundation, among many others.
“You cannot give Meg Bailey a task in healthcare philanthropy that does not result in a thoughtful and productive response,” said Graham-Pelton Senior Vice President Jim Lyddy. “Having worked with Meg on many projects, I have been awed by her knowledge, incredible instincts about clients’ needs, persuasive abilities, and uncanny grace under pressure.”
