Services: Internal Readiness Assessment and Campaign Planning Study, Campaign Counsel

Graham-Pelton’s recent internal readiness assessment and campaign planning study for SUNY Maritime Foundation (part of the State University of New York) gauged SUNY Maritime’s ability to conduct a five-year comprehensive campaign with a $25 million working goal. This campaign will build on SUNY Maritime’s strategic plan, Charting a New Course, with strategic funding priorities including: Achieving New Heights of Academic Excellence; Shaping the Student Experience; Empowering a Maritime College Faculty for the Future; and Unrestricted Funding. Graham-Pelton is currently providing campaign organizational phase services focused on the development of the campaign infrastructure, prospect strategy and solicitation coaching, prospect qualification, campaign volunteer training and institutional leadership strategy, and creating a detailed campaign plan and timetable.
