St. Benedict’s Preparatory School, a Newark Catholic boys’ school and Graham-Pelton client, will expand to offer a co-ed elementary school and middle school classes for girls as part of a merger with St. Mary School. St. Benedict’s will now operate a co-ed K-6 school, a 7th and 8th grade school with separate classes for boys and girls, and its existing high school, which will remain an all-boys school.
What will remain the same is the remarkable approach of St. Benedict’s that has led to national renown, documentary films and a feature on 60 Minutes, a model for educational success, and a strong alumni and philanthropic network.
Graham-Pelton currently provides strategic counsel to St. Benedict’s in support of a campaign to raise annual giving and endowment funds to support school programs, operating expenses, and scholarship needs.
