In summer 2016, Graham-Pelton completed a wide-ranging, 14-week assessment of the fundraising and alumni relations programmes at the University of Liverpool. The firm has gone on to provide Interim Director of Development services to roll out Graham-Pelton’s recommendations including trust fundraising, regular giving, and skills coaching around ‘making the ask’.

Most recently, Graham-Pelton consultants have worked with the Development and Alumni Relations team to develop a 12-month regular giving plan, transitioning from a methodology-driven approach to an integrated, data-led programme. Benchmarking from recent Ross-CASE surveys was utilised as a basis for measuring previous performance and identifying new key performance indicators (KPIs). Graham-Pelton’s work with the University continues.
