Goal: $115 million historic campaign to raise capital and endowment funds for the new, $450 million state-of-the-art University Medical Center at Princeton
Services: Campaign Management, Interim Staffing, Operational Assessment, Major Gifts, Board Training

Graham-Pelton Consulting provided capital campaign management services for the Princeton HealthCare System Foundation’s historic $115 million “Design for Healing Campaign” which raised $171 million.

With our team approach, Graham-Pelton provided strategic counsel with regard to the overall campaign plan, timetable and phases, solicitation strategy for major gifts, briefings/training for the Foundation and Medical Center executives and Board and Foundation staff, as well as on-site campaign operational support for database management, campaign solicitation materials, reporting mechanisms, prospect tracking, grant proposals, physician and employee divisions, staff training, and campaign communications.

These efforts led to an extraordinary commitment of $25 million from an individual donor, the first gift of this size to a community hospital in New Jersey. In addition, the campaign received significant corporate and foundation support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
