Graham-Pelton began its service to Miss Hall’s School with a development audit focused on identifying operational strengths and challenges and determining opportunities for maximizing fundraising potential through a review of Miss Hall’s School’s development operations, including its organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, processes and procedures, and fundraising results. Overall recommendations were made in anticipation of the School undertaking a comprehensive campaign to build upon its recent fundraising success, addressing areas such as: realigning the advancement staff organizational structure and rewriting job descriptions; reviewing existing database management and gift processing policies and procedures; developing an integrated overall annual development plan and timetable that includes annual fund, leadership, and major gift level constituent segmentation; and reviewing and revising gift policies. Graham-Pelton’s work with Miss Hall’s has also included providing fundraising counsel to the Head of School and Board leadership. Graham-Pelton continues its service to Miss Hall’s School by providing strategic fundraising coaching services and strategic campaign counsel.
