Lancaster University

Graham-Pelton has undertaken multiple services with Lancaster University as it has sought to test its strategic fundraising priorities, identify prospective donors, and develop the skills of both University leadership and frontline development staff. Graham-Pelton has worked with the Development Office to identify and research prospects in the US, and completed a fundraising planning study to test the viability of a campaign for the Lancaster University Management School (LUMS). As part of the study, Graham-Pelton met and briefed members of the University’s senior leadership, supported the Director of Development to refine the Case for Support, and met with external prospects including representatives from the corporate and trust communities. Graham-Pelton has been subsequently retained by the University since early 2017 to provide ongoing coaching to the Vice-Chancellor and senior management team to drive forward strategic fundraising activity and support the University in building long-term relationships with prospective principal gift donors and build towards a comprehensive campaign.
