Graham-Pelton has provided several services to Heriot-Watt University in preparation for a formal planning study. Graham-Pelton provided international prospect analysis and major gift training to frontline fundraisers before moving into an interim fundraising role to lead the team. This included: cultivation plans for prospects, developing individual prospect pools, proposal and solicitation development, ongoing coaching and training for specific needs, and managing and monitoring KPIs and metrics related to major gift fundraising. Focused on the five pillars of successful fundraising, Graham-Pelton also supported activity including: leadership briefing for the Principal and Chair of the Board, development of a campaign timeline and strategy, review of top 25 prospects and gift potential, refining the case for support and exploring themes, presentation development and delivery of leadership briefings, and reviewing the role of the campaign in support of the new Strategic Plan.
