Services: Campaign Planning Study

Graham-Pelton recently performed a planning study for Atrium Health Foundation to investigate Atrium’s ability to conduct a comprehensive campaign to fund four primary investment areas: facilities, education, programs, and research. Graham-Pelton recommended that Atrium begin a seven-year campaign with a preliminary goal of $300 million, with the final goal established in advance of the public launch of the campaign. Recommendations to ensure campaign success focused on building Atrium’s grateful patient program, providing frontline staff training, enhancing planned giving efforts, growing the annual giving program, stewarding current major donors, and maximizing net revenue from events.
